Delivery Rates and Charges
When placing an order online with us, please use the chart below as a guide for the shipping charges which will be charged for dispatching your order:

We will send your parcel via the most efficient, secure and cheapest courier delivery service possible, depending on the parcel's weight. We insist on sending all parcel's with signed for delivery, so the parcel can be tracked at anytime and compensation can be made if the delivery is incorrect, damaged or past the allocated and quoted time/date.
If the delivery charge for the order is over £6.60 we will contact you before charging you the difference in price, either via phone or email.
*Your card will not be charged without your authority.
Sending an order as a gift
As many of our orders are intended as surprise gifts being sent to someone other than the person who will be billed for them, please be assured that we will remove all price tags from the items in it before shipping them. We will also send any documentation, such as receipts etc to the billing name and address you specify. We will enclose one of our shop's flyers with the senders name attached, but if would like us to enclose a personal note from yourself please add a card to your order (via the gifts/hamper menu on the left side) and send an email to shop@angloaustraliantrading.com with the text you would like written in the card
Foodstuff in Glass
When sending out orders containing items which are packaged in glass (not including larger quantities of beer), we bubble wrap and pack with paper to make them as secure as possible. If for any reason the parcel has been damaged after dispatch, please contact us via email and we will find out fill out a claim form for the courier which was used for the delivery (this can unfortunately sometimes be a timely procedure) and we will try our best to rectify the problem ASAP.
Delivery Times
Our team at the Australia Shop aim to pack and dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it (provided goods are in stock). Royal Mail delivery tends to be 1-2 days delivery, Parcelforce within UK is a 48 hour delivery and Astro is from 1-3days delivery (depending on the zone the address is in) *these are approximate working days. Overseas delivery is usually 3-14 days, depending on the zone it's being sent to. Delivery's are made in between 9-5pm Monday to Friday, so if the customer is not home to sign for the parcel, a card is left explaining where the parcel will be kept for pick up by the customer (you will need to take this card, the parcel reference number and/or ID). Parcels can be kept at post offices/delivery hubs from 7-20 days, so we advise recipient pick up their parcel shortly after attempted delivery (otherwise the parcel will be sent back to our shop). Re-directory or re-delivery is available but the charge is to be the same as sending it from the shop. When possible, please make the delivery address an address which you or the recipient will be at during the day (ie work) so you/they can receive the parcel on the first attempt.
